We stand behind our product and offer you a 30 day guarantee for all items in our web store. What does that mean to you as a customer? It means that you can purchase an item and return the merchandise that you buy up to 30 days after the purchase date as long as you have the original receipt. Merchandise must be in in good (re-saleable) condition and if possible, returned in the same packaging in which it was shipped. If you have lost the receipt and have purchased from us, please email customer service and we will try to assist you. We do the best we can with colors but ask for your tolerance, as variations in computer screens can make color matching difficult. Prices, descriptions and any typos are subject to correction. Any gifts, promotional items or coupons that come with a purchase are yours to keep and use even if you make a return.

 

Placing An Order:

You can go online @ brownstoneshopper.com and select any item, add it to the shopping cart and then complete the check-out process online.  You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal or Discover. Order confirmation will be sent by email. You will receive shipping and tracking information as soon as it is available. We work quickly to ship orders as soon as possible. All orders are processed immediately and are shipped between 3-5 days after the order is placed unless otherwise noted in the description. We do not farm out our lists to anyone and you may at your discretion safely unsubscribe to our email listings. We do not send out paper catalogs at this time. Our website is our digital catalog which can be viewed online at anytime.

Return Policy:

Customer satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be pleased with all of your purchases. If there is a product that does not meet your expectations please let us know and you may return the item and get a refund with no problem. We are human and at some point may make an error. Please feel free to contact us by email and let us know your concerns and we will do our best to make it right. If you receive a damaged item, please notify customer service within 48 hours. We will authorize the return and help you regarding the return, exchange or refund of the item. If we send you the wrong item, shipping is on us. All refunds will be processed as per payment method. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please email our customer service center to get return approval for all returns. Original receipts must accompany any returns so please have your receipt handy to provide requested information. Shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it is our error.
