Please inspect your purchase upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please inform us when you receive the item. Before returning any purchase, please contact customer service at brownstoneshopper@yahoo.com by email or by phone. You will be given a return code which you should write in the return space on the invoice. Place the invoice in the box with the item. Merchandise over $350.00 requires insurance in addition to a tracking number. Purchases should be returned in the condition they were received and in the same packaging material if possible. The customer is responsible for re-packaging the item securely and paying any postage or insurance due. Upon receipt of the product, brownstoneshopper will provide a full merchandise credit. Postage is the responsibility of the customer and is not reimbursable.
